documentation to this effect.
How may I study for the GED exam?
The New Britain Adult Education Center offers courses to assist students who are interested in taking the GED exam. We strongly recommend that anyone who is interested in taking the GED Exam go to the Learning Center for an appraisal test. The appraisal test will allow us to have an accurate picture of your academic skills and will enable us to help you determine the course of study you will need to pass the exam.
GED books are available at the adult education center, in the public library or at most books stores to help students prepare for the GED Exam. However, most of our students find taking classes is the best way to prepare for the exam. New Britain Adult Education has classes available in the
morning or evening to fit your schedule.
Where does one register for the GED exam?
Registration for the GED exam must be at one of the approved registration centers. The New Britain Adult Education Center is a registration site for New Britain residents or residents in neighboring communities. Information about registration may be obtained by calling
